It features two spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, and a large living room, ideal for relaxing after a day full of adventures. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare home-cooked meals, while the large balcony, with an outdoor dining area and lounge space, provides the perfect spot to unwind.
Guests can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and tennis court, both located within the condominium, offering entertainment and leisure without leaving the property. Furthermore, its proximity to Santa Eulália and Oura beaches, as well as a variety of restaurants, bars, and golf courses, ensures a complete experience. Location and Surroundings:- 800 meters from the beach;- 3 km from Olhos de Água;- 4 km from the center of Albufeira;- 5 km from Falésia;- 33 km from Faro Airport.Accommodation Rules:- No noise is allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;- It is strictly forbidden to disturb or disrespect the neighbours;- Parties or events are not allowed;- Pets are not permitted;- To check in, all guests must be 18 years of age or older, except for families with children;- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants in the accommodation, even for visitors;- It is mandatory to comply with these and all other rules stated in the Local Accommodation Book;- If the rules are not respected, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to leave the accommodation;- A security deposit of €200 is required, refundable up to 7 days after check-out;- The municipal tourist tax of €2 per person will be charged for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st, applicable to guests aged 13 and older, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;- You will be contacted a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in details and attend to any special requests.
