Villa Barbara/Holiday Homes with a story/Varaždin

It is a beautiful mix between an old furniture house and realy modern facilities: jacuzzi, modern bathrooms, appliances, sauna, modern glass & windows etc. The house itself it's "in the middle of nowhere" on a tiny road, but if you like nature, as we do, it's in a perfect place surranded by pure nature. At a 5 min walking distance there is a small lake for fishing, but you are still în the midle of the forest If you are a "city center" person than this location is not for you :)

Just some honest advices for improvement: - when you put such a great efort to modernize an old house you should take into consideration small details as well; - mousquito Nets are a must! We spent 2 days catching 100+ smelling bugs who enter into the house when you open the windows; we know it is nature, but it is also easy to keep it out 😀 - another advice is to (re)invest into quality windows blinds; if you are an easy sleeper you get the point... - and finaly: try to change the check out hour, because 10 a.m. is way too soon! when people are în holidays they try not to get up so soon and rush into their cars :)
