Boathouse

This is the perfect location for exploring Kardamena, perfect to sit outside and take in the sights, sounds and the sea whilst being in your own comfort and only a few steps from the sea.

We stayed at this property 4 years ago and we can see it’s become a little tired, a lick of paint and some new outdoor furniture would sort this quickly!

The space the location

Nothing !!

I loved the location, pool, the apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable. It was even better in person. If im ever in Kos again I would definitely rebook this!

The only reason i dont give it 10/10 is because the cleaning lady didnt come one day and its okay but I ran out of toilet paper, shampoo and trash bags and I really didnt want to be purchasing it for my last day in Kos. Other than that no complaints.

Breakfast isnt included in the room rate

The room although well positioned was really tired after a long tourist season and the apartment wasn’t cleaned on my second day. The guy manages the place and owns Vrahos bar just up the road, Paros, is really nice and welcoming as are his staff. Do yourself a favour and visit Vrahos Bar. The accommodation is not really up to standard for the room rate. The plunge pool outside was dirty with a grime ring around the waterline. Again tail end of the season but plenty of room for improvement.
