A very nice spot in the central area, the room itself had everything we needed and was well prepared

Once we were shown how to use the terminal at the front entrance, all was well when entering and exiting.

It took a bit of work to get into the building and get our keys since we had to use certain codes and such. But with the help of staff and the instructions we were given, it ended well.

Not bad, but would avoid the place in the future

Not much, maybe location and doubtain in the ineer yard.

Unclear instructions for the “no-host” format, the appartment is in not finished building, so in one hand quite new, but on the other hand - you hear the renovations in other parts of the building. No free parking available. The deposit is not reseved on the credit card, but you have to make the actual international transfer back and forth, which costed me personally +12 Eur to the appartment price. The host is helpful, but kinda rude in my opinion, not really customer oriented.

Lokalizacja super, powierzchnia mieszkania na kilkudniowy pobyt super, wyposarzenie rowniez bez zastrzeżeń

Brak klamki w drzwiach balkonowych w sypialni, drzwi sie otwieraly samodzielnie, po zgloszeniu do wlasciciela kazano nam podeprzec drzwi szafka nocna (przez kolejne 4 dni nikt sie tym nie zainteresował). Obiekt nie posprzątany odpowiednio (w mikrofali i piekarniku resztki jedzenia, na podlodze piasek). W łazience śmierdzialo bo syfon uszkodzony. Za każdym razem jak bralismy prysznic pol łazienki było zalane.

Mily pobyt

Świetne miejsce – bardzo czysto, komfortowo i w doskonałej lokalizacji. Gospodarz był niezwykle pomocny i uprzejmy. Pobyt był idealny, wszystko zgodne z opisem. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę!

Pobyt udany, Gdynia jest super fajnym miastem:)

Lokalizacja przede wszystkim. Przestronny apartament z balkonem, sporo miejsca w szafach-jeśli to dla kogoś ważne. Pralka i suszarka do włosów na miejscu.

Prysznic typu walk-in, dość duży ale i tak niestety nie obejdzie się bez wycierania podłogi a to mało komfortowe. Poza tym ok.

Ciekawe doświadczenie - bezrękawnik zamiast kołdry. Stopy w kapturze.

Bardzo ładny, nowy budynek.

🤯Obiekt usytuowany w dobrym punkcie, w nowym budynku, ale….mieszkanie absolutnie bez klimatu. W kuchni jeden garnek, jedna patelnia. Kilka talerzy, cztery kubki i trzy kieliszki do wódki. Brak szklanek do napojów czy kieliszków do wina. Co ciekawe, na dwie osoby jest tylko jedna mała kołdra. 140/200. Ciężko się pod nią śpi z mężem a co dopiero z ojcem. 😂 finalnie znalazłam drugą kołdrę, ale ponieważ nie było nigdzie poszewki to spałam pod puchowym bezrękawnikiem. Woda spod prysznica wylewa się do przedpokoju.

NIE POLECAM NIKOMU KONTAKTU Z TĄ FIRMĄ. Firma oszukuje!!!

Najgorsza usługa dostępna przy rezerwacji. Kiedy po raz pierwszy weszliśmy do mieszkania, wydawało się, że jest czysto. Ale potem zaczęliśmy zauważać, że ręczniki były brudne, podobnie jak łóżko. Samo łóżko było zepsute, ale naszym problemem było to, że nie napisaliśmy do firmy. Firma nie przekazała instrukcji, gdzie wywieźć śmieci. I tyle otrzymaliśmy, poniżej załączam wszystkie wiadomości od firmy. Firma napisała, że zostawiliśmy po sobie bałagan. Chociaż nie jesteśmy zobowiązani sprzątać wszystkiego do końca. ALE, kiedy opuszczali mieszkanie, wszystko posprzątaliśmy. Firma napisała, że trzeba było po prostu wyrzucić śmieci na ulicę, po której chodzą ludzie, bo wszystkie śmietniki wielkogabarytowe były zamknięte, a firma nie dała do nich kluczy. Umyliśmy wszystkie naczynia, na stole została tylko pizza, jedna puszka i 2 filiżanki herbaty. Firma przesłała zdjęcia zaniedbanej kuchni. Oznacza to, że przyszła sprzątaczka i wyrzuciła na stół śmieci właśnie z kosza na śmieci, który sprzątaliśmy. Firma przesłała nam również zdjęcie łóżka, które było już zepsute i napisała, że kaucja nie zostanie zwrócona. OSTRZEŻENIE!!! Firma żąda kaucji w wysokości 300 zł. ALE BUKING napisał, że kaucja NIE MOŻE BYĆ WIĘCEJ NIŻ 200 zł. Oznacza to, że firma oszukuje swoich klientów. Zwróć uwagę na komunikację z klientami, nie tylko ze mną oni się tak komunikowali, bo jeśli spojrzysz poniżej, to samo jest z innymi klientami!!! NIE POLECAM NIKOMU KONTAKTU Z TĄ FIRMĄ. Komentarze te zostawię także na Facebooku, gdyż nikt nie zwrócił mi zadatku. P.S. Nie jestem w stanie załączyć wszystkich zdjęć, ale myślę, że wszyscy zrozumieli, jaka to „cudowna” firma.
