Our pools are heated from NOVEMBER through APRIL and heating is not available from May through October. Pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees. Please note that outdoor spas are not hot tubs and will remain the same temperature as the pool. If you are renting from November-April please notify us 10 days prior to your arrival that you would like the pool heated. Pool pumps will shut down automatically if the pool temperature reaches the 70s due to colder weather and will automatically re-engage as temperatures rise. Reheating to 82 degrees after cold weather can take several days based on the severity of the cold spell. Due to Anna Maria Island’s strict noise ordinance pool pumps will not run overnight.

House is in great location near beach and fishing peer. The pool is a plus from the heat of the day. The rooms all have its own bathrooms is wonderful and nice view of the ocean and gulf side. If you stay a week—make time to buy laundry detergent which is not stocked, extra paper towel, shampoo, trash bags, dish soap because it is enough for a couple day stay only. Pots and pans are of poor quality and or not enough if you plan to cook any meals beyond premade. Make sure you shut both doors inside the elevator or else it will jam. They charge you for everything and take a deposits of damages on top of the rental fee. Don’t expect to check in early lock code doesn’t open until 3 minutes past check in time. Yet cleaner is at the house almost an hour before checkin out time making you feel super rushed. Cleaning fee is high yet we walked into the home with wet towels in the roof deck and trash can full to the top with trash as well as pool toys all around the side of the house. House is in great location to just sit back and enjoy the beach and form great memories management should be better.

No issues with check in, although directions on how to use elevator not clear - only more clear in paperwork in the kitchen, but if you are arriving with elderly parents, luggave, and food - would be much nicer if clearer instructions were available once walming in the front door. As for the kitchen, kitchen faucet is very loose and doesnt shut off properly. Kitchen undermount sink doesn't seem like it is even attached, literally can move the sink around from side to side and back and forth. In the half bath on third level, no towel/towel rod was present, so kind of odd. Dishwasher didnt seem to operate right and mutiple users had the same experience, so was not just one person. What little plastic storage containers that were there, many were missi g so only lids were present. Family room tv did not work, despite having maintenance guy over to fix Joe was great by the way). The tv kept on saying we had to delete apps, so we were not able to use that tv all week. We didn't go there for tv of course, but when raining or trying to watch sports, would have been nice if it worked a little.One beach chair was broken, pool chair also was broken. Sharing these for other renters for awareness. Location was great, house is very nice, in laws loved it...just when paying 13,000 for a week, expect some of these things to not occur.

The house is located on the street but very close to beach access. Sitting on the balcony is not relaxing due to the sound of the traffic unless early in the AM. Small maintenance issues popped up but were resolved quickly by the caretaker. House was accommodating for a large family. The elevator was very convenient for my elderly mother. The house is within walking distance of Bridge Street.

Place was very nice, but the major downer was we had no refrigerator for over 72 hours in the kitchen. Worked with the company managing the place, ashing to be compensated for this inconvenience multiple times with no response. Contacted the owner, and again no response. This unit is very nice, but expensive and we should have been compensated.
