We had a large group working an event to raise funds for our non-profit. This home left us with no complaints. We felt the home was as advertised. The check out instructions were clear and easy. Thank you.

The house is nice the only complaint that I have is that the cleaning person did not clean very well. The was hair all over the place, so I had to do cleaning when I got there. I had to sweep the floors, there was not a mop available so I had to wipe with paper towels the areas of the floor that had stains. If I am being charged cleaning fees , I shouldn't have to clean before!

With the specific instructions my hope was the property was kept at the highest condition. However, the couch was broken and in pieces. There were ants in the half bathroom on the first floor. The garage had random trash, candy pieces (covered in ants)and cigarette butts on the floor. The door handles with key pad locks were not secure at all. The downstairs shower in the master bedroom did not have hot water as the shower temperature handle was broken.
The specifics to this property informed us of an HOA which would conclude outside property maintenance expectations. Being outside you wouldn’t know. The kitchen, dining area and living room are absolutely beautiful and clearly the newest pieces of the house.
