Each location above is accessible by bike, 7-8 minutes, and car in less than 10 minutes.
The 1st floor has 1,500 sq. ft of living space with an additional 1,500 in the finished lower level, perfect for family time, children, teenagers and adults. There is a 65 inch TV that connects to Sling TV, Netflix, and other media providers. The lower level is great for media & entertainment, board games, and movies.
The lower level also has a pullout full-sized bed and a 1/2 bathroom in addition to the three bedrooms on the 1st floor. Central A/C throughout the house (installed in 2022).
The outdoor landscape/ grounds, front and rear decks, are surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees which provide tranquility and privacy. There is a gas outdoor grill on the rear deck and outdoor shower.

1. Explore the Gingerbread Cottages (0.5 miles, ~10-minute walk)
Visit the iconic Campground Cottages in the Martha’s Vineyard Camp Meeting
Association area. These colorful, Victorian-style cottages are a hallmark of Oak
Bluffs. Join a guided tour (check mvmuseum.org for schedules) or wander the
streets like Trinity Park to soak in the charm. Evening illumination events, if
scheduled, are a treat.
2. Relax at Inkwell Beach (0.7 miles, ~12-minute walk)
This popular beach, named for its historic significance to African American visitors,
is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or a beach picnic. It’s family-friendly with calm
waters and lifeguards in season. Bring a book or frisbee for a laid-back day.
3. Stroll Circuit Avenue (0.6 miles, ~10-minute walk)
The heart of Oak Bluffs, Circuit Avenue, is lined with quirky shops, ice cream
parlors, and galleries. Check out Craftworks for local art or grab a souvenir at Island Outfitters. It’s great for evening walks when the area buzzes with live music or street performers.
4. Visit the Flying Horses Carousel (0.7 miles, ~12-minute walk)
The oldest operating platform carousel in the U.S., located on Lake Avenue, is a
must for families or nostalgia seekers. Try grabbing the brass ring for a free ride.
Open daily in summer, hours vary (check flyinghorsescarousel.com).
5. Ocean Park and Bandstand (0.8 miles, ~15-minute walk)
This scenic park hosts concerts and events in summer, with sweeping views of
Nantucket Sound. Pack a picnic or join locals for a sunset stroll.
