The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all of the appliances and amenities you'd find at home, including a regular coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, and fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries.
Conversation over food is the best! The dining area features an 6-person dining table—perfect for your group feasts.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams.
-Please leave the home picked up and games put away.

This is one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at. I was very pleased with the location, cleanliness and comfort of the furniture. A huge plus for a family of 5 is that it was stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent to wash towels as needed. The location is great and the property was quiet which was great for making sure our kids were able to go to sleep at a decent time. If we return to Branson we will definitely return to this property.

Came into town to watch my son play college baseball and the condo is amazing!! Perfect location, exactly as stated in listing and photos. We will be staying here again when we come back to town. Super comfy and Brenda was so great and easy to contact and get in touch with. 10stars!!!!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this unit is one of our favorites ever. From the moment we opened the door and found the most warm & welcoming atmosphere, including festive Christmas decor, we knew we were something special. This condo is spectacular because it is super spacious (including extra high ceilings!), beautifully furnished, and immaculate. And being five minutes from Silver Dollar City was amazing. We hope to return!

We had a great time staying at this location for our Branson trip to Silver Dollar City. The room was decorated beautiful with Christmas decoration, fireplace was cozy during the cold nights, room was very clean and stocked with all the things we needed for our stay. Highly recommended for a trip to Silver Dollar city or to Table Rock Lake.
