The location just right to KB Mall.
The keyroom is a bit hidden to reach from outside.

Unit is Spacious and comes with fridge and washing machine. Easy check in but could be a little troublesome if it is raining as the path to the back entrance is not covered and a little dark at night.
Perhaps owner can look into investing a water dispenser machine. As I have to go outside to purchase drinking water. Buy too much bottles cannot finish drinking, buy too less, need go out and buy additional..

Very convenient location for me, coming from Thailand, so I could get SIm + cash from across the road. Easy to get from bus station and to train station with Grab. Very clear and precise entry instructions from the owner. Spacious room, with a kitchen (which I didnt use) and bathroom.
All night traffic noise was just terrible. Glowing Neon Hotel sign opposite the window. The apartment felt quite run down, needs some maintenance and some item replacements to bring it back to what it looks like in the photos.
