Nice, newer accommodation that met our expectations for a skiing vacation. + Corresponded to the photos. + Good location walk: 5 min. to the center of Kaprun, 15 min. to Kaprun Castle, car: 8 min. to the Kitzsteinhorn parking lot. + Garage, ski storage room

The only problem with the entire accommodation is the communication and information provided by the "Villa for You" agency. 1. The price advertised on Booking.com was not final. Outside of the Booking website, I was asked to pay a higher amount (both in EUR). In my opinion, this was unfair. 2. Three times (Booking, agency website, QR code at the accommodation) I had to fill in host information, including guests (name, birthday, ID, license plate number). 3. No information about entering the garage (I found out myself). 4. Removing bedding, etc. seems very unreasonable to me when the payment includes a cleaning fee and bed linen.

•No body wash. •No shampoo. •Not provide card for Kaprun and zell am see . •Not provided Guest card which is allows price reductions for the activities and utilities listed in the back of the card as the Austria government ( The tourist office in kaprun discussed with the owner but he is confused about this point).
