About this house rental
Come live like Royalty in Montecito in your own private forest (shared with just one guesthouse) under a canopy of Oak Trees. 3 bedrooms, one bath (shower and toilet separate rooms), and luxury sofa for extra sleeping. Enjoy the high-end jacuzzi under the stars! Recently remodeled w/all the amenities, and a short walk/bike/drive to best nearby beaches Miramar, Butterfly & Shark`s Cove. Directly across 101 from 5-Star Rosewood Miramar Hotel, open to the locals for a truly special experience!
The house has three bedrooms- one king bed, one queen bed, and one full. The bathroom is divided between the bathing room and the toilet room with separate entrances. The large backyard is equipped with a bbq, outdoor dining, and a luxury jacuzzi. There is also a guesthouse on the property that may have other guests staying, but the priority to the backyard is to the guests of the main house.

We have a beautiful white Restoration Hardware Cloud sofa in the living room. If your pet is not trained to stay off couches, please use a spare blanket from the linen closet to cover the couch and keep it clean.
Please shower off before entering the hot tub, especially after being at the beach, and replace hot tub cover after use. The hot tub is cleaned once a week, but if it needs to be drained and refilled because of excess sand etc, there will be an extra cleaning fee.
No illegal substances or drug paraphernalia on the property.
No parties or events unless approved in advance with written permission and a paid event fee.
BBQ grill must be cleaned after use (or a cleaning fee may apply).
There is also a guest house on the property. Please respect their privacy and keep noise down after 10PM.
Please don’t block parking of guesthouse far right side if looking at house.
We prefer to not open the locked door in the master bedroom that goes out the side yard on other side of house from the brick patio, as that is to the guesthouse side of the property.
Outdoor security cameras are in place in communal outdoor areas for safety and property protection. No tampering or disabling of cameras is permitted.
Use of the property for commercial purposes, filming, or photography must be approved in writing.
Any violation of house rules may result in immediate removal without refund and/or additional charges.

Had a great stay here and would definitely book again. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two young kids plus dog. We also had my brother and his wife and dog stay as well. Loved the property grounds and the beds were comfy. Had everything we needed!

The house was very clean, well stocked with quality toiletries, and good linens & towels. Host was VERY responsive. HUGE backyard. Great location - in proximity to Montecito!!!! Cannot wait to come back again.

It was a charming home and very comfortable. The backyard was fantastic. There is so freeway noise, but mostly when outside. There is a guest house in the back with a female resident, which I guess was a surprise, but not a problem at all. It was a lovely stay overall.
