About this villa rental
This luxury villa is located in the quiet community of Watersong.
The Watersong resort itself offers guests the security of a gated community, a luxurious spacious clubhouse, landscaped grounds and conservation area surrounded by woodlands.
Step into the first of two sitting areas found in the downstairs level of the villa.
From the lounge situated at the front of the villa you will wander through into the stunningly spacious open kitchen, dining and family living area.
The master bedroom with a King size bed with en-suite bathroom is also on the first floor.
There is also a separate toilet downstairs.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 have a queen size beds, and 1 bedroom has two twin size beds.
There are also 2 bathrooms upstairs, one is a Jack and Jill between two queen size bedrooms and the other one is a shared bathroom.
There is Free secured WIFI throughout the house & there are tv’s in all bedrooms.
Outside the large South Facing pool and deck offers a fabulous area with No Rear Neighbors and secluded outlook over a small lake & conservation woodland area.
There is outdoor furniture, 4 sun loungers, 2 reclining patio chairs with footrests and dining table with 6 chairs.
A resort pool and spa, fitness center, Volleyball Court, children's playground and picnic facilities are available to all guests free of charge during your stay. Gym and access to the communal pool are included in your Club House access. The community is ideally located for over 22 high quality 18 - hole golf courses including the prestigious Providence Golf Club which is only 5 minutes away. Most of the courses are open to you.
*This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
* Pool/spa heat can be added to your booking for an extra fee. We recommend pool heat from October to late May, if you want to enjoy the pool & spa comfortably. Please note the spa does not heat up, if you have not paid for pool heat.
*Extras such as BBQ hire, welcome packs, etc., can be added for an additional fee. Please ask for details. Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
*Electric vehicle charging is at owners discretion and is prohibited at this property unless specifically agreed in writing before start of rental period. Fees will apply.

The villa was lovely. The inside of the house was very clean and well decorated. The only issue we had is that the pool area was not very clean and poorly lit. We were not able to sit outside for long at night as it was just too dark. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the villa.

Awesome experience! Wonderful home. This is our third year renting a home in Watersong. This home was exceptionally clean, well stocked, awesome pool and spa, beautifully decorated, and we loved every minute of it. We highly recommend this home. Lynn the rental manager was very responsive and a pleasure to speak with when we had one small issue with one of the TVs not working. I will add that the TVs had multiple services such as Roku, cable etc. so we had a variety of programming choices. The beds were all comfortable and this home had a bedroom downstairs which I particularly liked since it had direct access to the back porch/pool. We’ve rented two other homes in this Watersong neighborhood and this particular home had a basket of beach towels by the back door which was so convenient and appreciated. There was an air hockey game in the garage which our grandchildren loved! Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home with us.
