About this villa rental
"Wow!" is a word we hear quite often when visitors walk through the door. People are surprised by the open plan interior and the way the expansive view appears before them. The house was thoughtfully designed to take advantage of the best Nevis has to offer: beautiful landscapes, the Caribbean Sea, sunshine, cooling trade winds, restaurants and activities.
There are many large storm proof windows that allow great views from every room and combined with an insulated roof keep the house cool in the daytime and quiet and secure at night.
The interior living area is open, spacious and comfortably accommodates plenty of people. The kitchen is well equipped with modern, upgraded appliances, dinnerware and utensils. The dining table can be expanded to seat up to eight people if necessary.
There are three bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a full ensuite bathroom. The guest suite is on the opposite side of the house from the master assuring privacy. Both the master and guest suites have private covered verandas.
A large covered veranda off the living room leads to a sunbathing patio and a 12x24x4 foot pool.
The property is over half an acre and is fully fenced with a power gate opener at the driveway. Hedges and a variety of tropical plants enhance the area.
The location is very convenient, away from the main road but not too high up. You can easily walk to beautiful Paradise Beach and continue on to the Four Seasons and Pinney's Beach if you desire. Many restaurants, hiking, Charlestown, horseback riding, watersports, golfing, atv tours and more are just minutes away.
We have a backup generator, upgraded internet through fibre optic service and MESH whole home wifi, plenty of smart tv's and two 85 KW on demand water heaters for your convenience
We can offer you a wealth of information regarding every aspect of your trip and will provide a variety of food and drinks for your arrival.

The Villa was 100% as described, a stand-alone gorgeous White House on a large plot of land with phenomenal views of the ocean, the mountain and neighboring island. 2 minutes away from the beach, 5 mins away from the Four Seasons Resort and just a 10 minutes drive into downtown.
We appreciate how clean and modern the place is. They even provided starter groceries and drinks which helped as we first arrived. Anne was an excellent host throughout our stay and Derek (the Property Manager) were quick to respond to any minor issues and address all our needs immediately including making it super easy to extend our stay by 2 days on short notice. Making it a very wonderful family vacation!

At first my partner and I were reluctant to stay at a place with no reviews but the host, Anne, was so prompt and knowledgeable we decided to take the chance. We are glad we did! We had never been to Nevis before and Anne guided us every time we had a question. She helped with flights, transfers from the airport, car rental, and suggestions for restaurants and activities.
When we reached the house we were truly amazed. The house is beautiful but the views are breathtaking. I can't imagine there could be any better on this small island. Every room has a great view.
The house itself was spotlessly clean and full of natural light. The pictures don't do it justice. There are loads of windows so the house was always fresh and cool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the starter package of food and drinks was well appreciated. The furniture was comfortable and clean and the bedding was cozy.
The location of the house was ideal. The neighbors are spaced well apart so its quiet but you don't feel isolated and it is close to many of the islands great restaurants and beaches.
