This home offers 7 strategically positioned bedrooms which include a 2 bedroom detached casita with a full kitchen and bathroom, an attached Casita, and 5 bedrooms in the main house Plenty of parking outside. With entertainment in mind, this estate is perfectly set up for larger groups, bachelor and bachelorette parties, festival-goers, Tennis players, and Family getaways.
The backyard has a large pool and spa and a full-size regulation tennis court with night lights. Close proximity to Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and the Freeway, you are a short drive to everything. Upon arrival, you and your guests will immediately experience the fantastic indoor/outdoor living space. Lounge on a chaise by the saltwater pool and toss some food on the BBQ – the patio is an entertainer's paradise. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the city may result in a fine, forfeiture of the security deposit, and could lead to immediate eviction.

We loved the residence, it had everything that we wanted a tennis court, jacuzzi, and enough bedrooms for a large group. The owner was extremely kind and great with communication. Loved it!!!!
