About this apartment rental
If you're looking for a clean, and spacious vacation rental, look no further! Check out this 4th floor, 1 bedroom condo at the Bay View Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 1 bedroom condo is fully furnished with 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
The apartment is a true 1-bedroom unit which means there is an actual bedroom with a door for privacy. Upon entering the apartment, guests will enter through the living room where they will find a queen sleeper sofa, coffee table, and an entertainment stand with a flat-screen TV. The washer and dryer are located just as you walk in the condo to the right. Guests will also access the private balcony from the living room with city views.
Guests will then arrive at the kitchen that offers plentiful cabinet space, full-size appliances, and plenty of cookware, utensils, cups, plates, and all basic cooking necessities. Guests will have access to a stove, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The dining table is located in-between the kitchen and living room.
The bedroom offers a locked door for privacy and features a queen-sized bed, dresser, and closet for storage, a window for natural light, and a TV with basic cable.
Bay View offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and covered pools, a mushroom waterfall, hot tub, lazy river, kiddie pool, splash pad, sunbathing lawn, onsite Starbucks, and fitness center.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo, and lotion.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible!
This condo is located at the Bay View Resort which is located within walking distance to the CCMF fairgrounds, Ripley's, the famous Peaches Corner, 2nd Avenue Pier, and so much more. The Myrtle Beach Airport is located 3.5 miles from the resort. Bay View is located directly on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and guests truly enjoy walking and bike riding this oceanfront path!

Very clean, easy to find things inside the unit. Very easy check in and check out procedures. Fantastic location as well with very close access to most of Myrtle Beachs attractions.

Amanda was great to deal with and extremely responsive. The unit was clean and included everything we needed. We loved being a few steps from the beach :)

The unit was the perfect size for my partner, and our two boys (10 yrs and 1 yr.) and the location was walking distance from a lot of attractions and restaurants. The only issue we had was the parking pass/entry key was expired but the owner said it was not and the issue was never resolved. We got lucky and someone who lives at the resort gave us his key card to enter the parking garage and resort so we could get to our room. Would recommend.

It’s a very good place to stay it’s clean but you don’t get a Oceanview. She doesn’t tell you about the little hidden fees like if you lose a bracelet or a parking pass it’s $20 apiece. It doesn’t tell you to the last day thank God we didn’t lose any. There’s no one to clean the place for a whole entire week so there’s sand everywhere you’re better off booking at the Bayview directly. At least you get a cleaning crew in there every day and fresh towels in the same amenities also they offer two free Starbucks drinks a day complementary and if you lose your key card they just give you another one you’re not paying a ridiculous amount of $20 per card or per bracelet washing machine works that’s in the unit, but the dryer is in dire need of Maintenance pull out bed has pee Stan’s on it bed is super uncomfortable the ac in the unit is fixed off there phone or something you can put it to 68 but it doesn’t stay cool in there they also clam there is basic cable in there which is a lot they have tvs but all they do is turn on with was a big thing for me to have a tv sense my little girl is 4 over all wasn’t bad just wouldn’t stay at this location if you have small children
