Located in the 3rd district of Vienna, traditionally known as the embassy area, this 50m² flat is surrounded by elegant governmental buildings from all over the globe. Due to the greater amount of foreign presence this neighborhood is provided with many international cuisine restaurants. For those extra special occasions, reserve a table at the Steiereck Restaurant (10 minute walk away) and experience eating refined gourmet Austrian dishes served by white-gloved waiters.
This temporary home is the perfect fusion between cozy and modern. It has been recently refurbished so it contains modern appliances and fresh finishes, however, the vaulted ceilings and elongated layout give it a warm comforting feel.
The bedroom is separate and accessible through an interestingly shaped glass door. Here you will have plenty of storage space, a large cushioned bed and soothing indirect lighting.
Whether you choose to lounge on the comfortable sofa or get creative in the fully equipped kitchen, keep in mind you can regulate the temperature by turning on the Air Conditioner for increased comfort.
For those traveling by car, consider utilizing a parking space available for rent on the garage floor of the building. Alternatively you could reach the nearest subway station in less than 10 minutes by foot, however, on those rainy days, hop on the 4A bus (just around the corner) and get to the Karlsplatz Station - convenient connections to the U1; U2 and U4 subway lines.

From the airport there is a high speed train line (https://www.cityairporttrain.com/en/home) leaving every 16 minutes, which connects well to the subway system.

Air conditioning was a plus since we were there in the summer. Bed was comfortable. We did not have any way to hand wash dishes- no sponge. There was one hand towel in the kitchen and nothing else. There were no linens for the sofa bed. I reached out about these items and never heard back.
