About this cottage rental
The contemporary ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen (sink, dishwasher, 3.5kg washing machine, electric cooker with 4-ring hob, oven and grille, extract and microwave) as well as dining and living areas with TV and Wi-Fi. There is a wet-room with shower, basin, toilet, mirror and heated towel rail.
A steep staircase leads to a comfortable main bedroom ,dressing/single bedroom and toilet. Outside a small patio.

Our cottage is in the heart of the market town of Farnham yet it's surprisingly quiet. Just around the corner is a large choice of artisan cafes and individual shops. The whole of the town centre can be accessed within less than 10 minutes on foot.
A two-minute walk in the other direction is the River Wey and the beginning of circular water meadows' walks. There are many walks from your doorstep.
Farnham is a designated craft town with outdoor sculpture, a working pottery with cafe and a few art galleries. Over the river you will find an art venue, The Maltings, which holds, amongst many other things, indoor vintage clothes' fairs, arts and crafts workshops together with evening events such as stand-up comedians, talks by ex politicians and cinema.
On summer Sunday afternoons you will find free live music concerts in one of the town's meadows. There are many places of interest to visit in and around Farnham such as the castle, the museum, the Bourne Woods and Frensham Ponds. There is the popular "Go Ape" activity in Alice Holt Forest. Bikes to hire from here can be delivered to the cottage.
The station is about a 10-minute walk and the trains to London run every half hour and take about 1 hour.

Pearl's is a delightful cottage in the heart of Farnham. Amazingly quiet when you want to sleep, but a few steps around the corner and all the lovely shops and restaurants are right there. Beds are comfy and the little sitting out area at the back is lovely for catching a bit of sun. The car park is very convenient and during our stay we never saw a time there weren't spaces available. David, our host, was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our time there very much and plan to return.

The location is perfect. We love the design of the cottage and because of the beautifully designed banister, haven't tumbled down the stairs yet!

My partner loves to visit Farnham. The location is excellent. The facilities are everything you need & well maintained. The heat was a little oppressive during our stay but that doesn't reflect on the accommodation.
