ELITE Villa Valencia luxury resort, ocean front!

Property is gorgeous and very clean. Staff were very friendly and overall attentive. Loved the two bedroom units. We brought our daughter,21, and son 16, it was great having 2 rooms and living space to relax and enjoy, we ordered in one night and watched a movie after a long day of play. Con was the property was understaffed, and overbooked, which caused a very lengthy check in and checkout, no loungers at the pool or beach, or towels, it took 90min for 3 coffees muffins at the convenient shop, which was tasty. Food was good overall, the least appealing was the Italian restaurant, it was fine. We did not do all inclusive as we aren’t big eaters. A few nights with extra wine and cocktails that added up. All inclusive would be worth it for adults not necessary for kids. There was a hiccup with our reservation after it was confirmed and I was made immediately aware of it. The owner of the unit went out of her way to correct it and make it easy well in advance, she took it all on, and very generous with her time trying to make it right. Unfortunately we still had a headache with checkout and checking back in, I do believe it was an issue with front desk staff not with property manager Lynnea. I was told by staff they were still operating in a soft opening. I was frustrated because I was the one waiting in the lobby for hours checking in, and out to switch rooms which should or have been made an issue. As promised it was a beautiful property. Beautiful room and everything as listed. Loved the size of the balcony. The master and queen beds mattresses were nice and all new. Enjoyed having a dryer, clothes washer and dishwasher. It was nice to toss in a suit to dry quick if needed. The staff was all gracious and fun. The beach was beautiful and a place for peace. The lazy River was fun - just floating even without a tube. One person had a pedicure was very happy. Another person had a massage and it too was great. We ate at the steak house and the Italian restaurant both were delicious.

Property and unit was beautiful. Service and food was wonderful. All around great, no complaints at all! Would go back again anytime..

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay. The host is very gracious and organized and went out of her way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We want to go back already!
