Property was very clean and it was a brand-new all the equipment were in good working condition. The owner lady Fatima was very polite and very cooperative. I don’t have any bad thing to say about this property. I would like to recommend this recommendation to everyone..
I think there’s only negative side of it is just outside building some construction work for other buildings and the roads are outside not ready yet

Value-for-money property (Rs. 5k/night). House with rooms, used for travellers. In a quiet residential area.
Location is good for meetings in RWP. 1 hour by car from New Islamabad airport.
Had kitchen on both floors, for self- cooking. Restaurants which deliver are close by.
Iron available for self-ironing. I did not check about laundry service.
The guest house manager, Mr. Rizwan was available on-site, and was very helpful.
It did not have TV in rooms - but WiFi speed was fast.
It did not have mini-fridge in rooms - but had large fridge on both floors.

We stayed for 3 nights and felt very comfortable throughout. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the washroom was hygienic. Staff ensured privacy and safety.
