I like the location and convenience to prepared food, supermarket, and shopping (Hong Lim Hawker Center, Chinatown Center, & 2 fruit vendors). The housing suited very well for my family with its 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath, living room, dining room & full kitchen. The AC & WiFi were excellent. There were ample supply of toilet papers, bath towels, and garbage bags. Proximity to multiple MRT train stations was excellent.
Cleanliness needs to be improved. The bed sheets and blankets in all 3 bedrooms could be cleaner (there were residual hair & strong body odor smell). One bath towel smelled like body odor too. Kitchen dish rag smelled dank and moldy. Hair conditioner in the Pantene container was filled with conditioner that has a strong flowery scent that was not obviously not Pantene. Living room shag rug had many kiddie stickers.

Property is in good location. When WiFi was not working the owner called the technician and repaired .
Stove was not working.. so we couldn’t cook. The common bathroom had black mold in the wash basin and in the shower cabin. Lots of dust accumulated under the cot in the main bedroom.
