We stayed at the ground floor apartment, facing the street, with our two teenage kids. The place is nice, two bedrooms, exactly what we were looking for, us being a family of four. Maybe a bit small than we expected. Placed right in the center of Arona, 15m from the main city square and the parking... perfect positioning. Daniel, who welcomed us, was an excellent host, thank you very much.

I would say cleanliness was the most important issue. Our kids' room, the one with two beds, was filthy - sand in the bedsheets, laundry from other guests under the bed, food wrapping 'hidden' behind the bed. The beds themselves are not particularly comfortable, but were ok for a one week stay. The second issue was the clogged leaking toilet - that we told our host about and got no answer. It was December 30, to be fair, probably hard to find a plumber. But no answer nonetheless, we managed to unclog the toilet ourselves. Also, the lighting is a small problem - there's not much light from the outside, as the old house style windows are pretty small - and the interior lighting has some dim white leds that don't really do much during the day. Also, you should probably know that there's traffic on the street right in front of the building, enough to be annoying (sound and burned gas), especially in the morning. Oh, and we had some other guests moving in the apartment above - another decrease in comfort, they seemed to be moving furniture around every morning. All being said, we had a nice stay - and most of the issues can be fixed rather easily.
