Magma Resort Santorini, In The Unbound Collection By Hyatt

The staff were amazing from arrival until departure! I had a fabulous time. So relaxing and peaceful. I had a rental so did not mind driving 10mins into town. I travel a lot for work, and I have to say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

I think the food choices. They could switch it up a bit. There were some changes in Saturday. It was a good spread of options though.

Everything! I have stayed in lots of high end hotels and this is exceptionally good. It's relaxing here. I love the private pool, and it's not the super tiny private pools used for marketing only, it's a useful pool, the staff are exceptionally friendly. The food is good, the water in the rooms are PH8 water, I love the view, it's a quiet environment too. Complimentary shuttle to Fira, my children enjoyed it, thank you. It has a sea view from the restaurant, a very long pool also.

Staff were amazing, facilities were top notch, peaceful and away from all the touristy areas but easy access by car. 5 min to Fira

Food prices were a little over priced.

The infinity pool and the guest relations manager and all the bellman’s were ABSOLUTELY amazing and helpful!! Thank you so much for that

Attitude of the housekeeping and staff at the pool BAR was absolutely unacceptable (didn’t even greet you when you passed by in the morning to the breakfast, got very rude and snappy when you kindly reminded them of filling up everything in the room properly (dead insects, dusty, nothing filled up). Everything totally overpriced!! I paid 408€ PER NIGHT including breakfast. but if you wanted to have an omelette for breakfast they would have charged you 21€ for the omelette extra. A sandwich from the in room dining 25-33€! A soft drink 0,25ml 5€, a taxi drive to the airport 40€ (regular taxi 20€!!). I live in Dubai and visit at least 20 5* hotels per year. But that one was by far the worst. Only very limited shuttle services available to Fira or Oia.
