About this apartment rental

Two bedroom, 2.5 bath back unit built in 2021. One king size bed, one queen size bed. Large rooftop deck with fire pit. Lynx grill on main level deck with outdoor eating area. Subzero/Wolf appliances. Ocean side of PCH. Walk to both restaurants and the beach. Enjoy the sunsets at Lookout Point and the views from the bluff.

The entire family really enjoyed staying at this property. The decor is beautiful and welcoming. All the appliances worked perfectly. All furnishings were clean, comfortable, and in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils and tools. There is a water filter by the kitchen sink which was very useful. The location is steps from the beach and stores/restaurants if traveling on foot in the CDM area. It is also perfectly located for easy access to the PCH for traveling up/down the coast.

Definitely a must stay again! We absolutely loved this home, perfect location, beautifully appointed, clean, and terrific hosts who were very attentive to our needs. Strongly recommended!
