This quaint community sits on the waterfront and features boat slips and small docks, perfect for fishing or launching a kayak. Take dips in the shared pool while snacks sizzle at the grill in the picnic area. Days on the sandy shore are a breeze with a beach access point less than a mile away.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Dock details: Dock's are located on the backside of the property, directly behind the building. No fees. Open to guest and owner use. No fees.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
