About this apartment rental

Welcome to Cape Island Court in Island Square Condominiums on St. Simons Island.

The Cape is a well-appointed and beautifully decorated private end unit in the gated complex of Island Square. Tucked away in a convenient location near many popular restaurants, shops, grocery and drug stores. All in walking distance. The pier village and beaches are only minutes away by bike or car.

The Cape is a two bedroom, and two and a half bath townhouse with a nice patio for hanging out outside. There is a second entrance through the laundry room for easy shedding of sandy, wet beach attire and towels.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, television, en-suite bath. The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds, tv and en-suite bath.

Only one pup is allowed and must be under 12 lbs. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee.

The Island Square complex offers a nice swimming pool with bathroom access and a fitness center. The Cape includes 3 TVs, washer/dryer.

NOTE: Fireplace is for decorative purposes only.
NOTE: TV is streaming only. Owner provides great wifi for streaming.
NOTE: Only one (1) pup is allowed and must be under 12 lbs. see below. (No cats.)

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location. Right next to grocery and other shops. A short 3-4 minute drive to the beach and village. The property is gated and is very clean. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The pool was clean, inviting, and partially shaded which was great after lots of sun. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice. I liked that it was an end unit and there was space for our bicycles. The property advertised a sofa couch in order to accommodate 6 guests. We opened the sofa bed on our first night and it fell apart, literally springs and metal pieces fell out when we upon opening. I called the service number and Mary answered. Mary was very helpful and brought us an air mattress the next day (4th of July! Thank you Mary!!). She also brought extra blanket and sheet as I couldn't locate anything but a fitted sheet and 1 blanket. Later we discovered the dishwasher wouldn't turn on, the kitchen faucet wouldn't get hot water,,and there were nowhere near enough towels for a family of six. Overall our stay was enjoyable but next time we will pick a different property. We visit SSI often as I grew up there and I still have family there. Once again, thank you Mary for taking the time to not only answer my call but to bring us supplies on your 4th of July. That speaks volumes to me and I greatly appreciate you!!

The location was great. Right next to a Starbucks. However, the mattresses were awful. The pillows were small and flat. I’m in my 30s and my back hurt every morning like I was 80. Unit not updated which is fine, but put some mattress covers on or something! Ouch.
