The appartment has several positive points, the location of the appartment is close to the city, the pool is amazing, the garden is well maintained, the balcony is big, beds are good, one bathroom is nice with a good shower, parking place under the building is big and great as well, WIFI in appartment and garden has good receipt.
The appartment is located next to a very very busy road. Lot of noise during the day and night. As the appartment has no airconditioning the windows have to be open and the noise of very heavy so we did not sleep well. The second bath room is very poor equipped and we did not use it for this reason. The kitchen is clean but old however good equipped. The chairs on the balcony could be better.

Central location so great for walking to Palagrugell beaches and restaurants and also La Franc beach. Pool was huge and the outside space was well kept. Balcony had the sun in the morning and looked over the pool area. Apartment was spacious and good size for 3 or 4 people.
Apartment was on a main road, so could hear noise from traffic but it wasn't that bad. Lacked a washing machine. Had to clean the cutlery before use.

lovely garden area and pool. very nice apartment within easy walking distance of local area including the beach. parking in the underground car park is a great bonus.
simply needs another fan for the second bedroom
