The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the pool attendant and the receptionist, who both made an extra effort to make our stay a great success. Many thanks to them! The pool was also great and quiet, and we used it every morning and afternoon. Also, located in the middle of the countryside with vineyards and olive groves around, so very quiet and relaxing.
We stayed in one of a row of small apartments, which were more basic and rustic than we had expected and could do with an upgrade. Not a big problem for us because we used it as a base for exploring Puglia and were eating out most of the time, so effectively only slept there. The stairs to the bedroom area are quite steep and its railing was a bit wobbly.
