The special coffee and tea in the room was nice. However a more updated coffee maker might be nice. Hence needing paper towel (see below)
However did enjoy the $ coffee machine in the office and muffins.
Enjoyed the bikes
We didn't have a kitchenette but it would have been nice to have a roll of paper towel. Or kitchen style towels. With having the coffee maker and fridge a little wipe ups were needed. didn't see a kleenex box ? Otherwise the accommodations were lovely.
The barbeques could be a bit better maintained as they are advertised. Only 1 of the 4 was working effectively.

The location is beautiful, the free rental options are awesome. I liked that there were no TVs in the rooms. The WiFi was fast and free. The parking spots were very wide. There were lots of benches to eat outside, and a fire pit on location.
Our particular room (the Family room with 3 beds) had a very small shower with a rain shower head that made bathing small children difficult. The blinds were the wrong size for the window so you felt weird at night and the door had a large gap at the bottom letting in a lot of light at night time from the light in the hallway, I would suggest a motion light in the hall to negate that issue.

The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, right on the riverside. We enjoyed the use of the paddleboards and kayaks.
Unfortunately the double family room we were in was not the nicest. It had two tiny windows as opposed to the large windows most other rooms in the property seemed to have. No outside space at all so after two days of beach action, everything just seemed damp as we couldn't really dry anything inside the room. The motel itself is lovely but this room, I would not recommend.
