Ruhige und sehr schöne Lage, mit Garten… nicht weit zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Marina di Campo, ca. 10 Min zu Fuß Margherita die Hausbesitzerin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit

A 15 minuti a piedi dal mare. Parcheggio privato. Zona tranquilla. Letto comodo perché non ha né rete né doghe, solo legno. Frigo nuovo. Aria condizionata ben funzionante.
Arredamento scadente., datato e sgangherato. Bidet con due rubinetti, quindi per usarlo occorre riempirlo. Doccia comoda ma con tracce di muffa nelle fughe e nel box doccia. Dicono di non utilizzare l'acqua del rubinetto per bere, perché é calcarea. In realtà il calcare non c'è affatto, quindi da capire perché non va utilizzata. Muro scrostato vicino all'ingresso.
