Ruhige und sehr schöne Lage, mit Garten… nicht weit zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Marina di Campo, ca. 10 Min zu Fuß Margherita die Hausbesitzerin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Nice garden perfect for the kids to play. The terrace was great for having breakfast and dinner outside. The apartment was also very comfortable and spacious. AC was very useful. The walk to the beach has no hills / stairs so it is doable with small kids and a stroller. The landlady is very nice and helpful. The property is peaceful, we could see the mountains from the garden.
Nothing important was missing. The walk to the beach goes on a small bridge which does not have a pedestrian side. So a bit dangerous when you have young kids in a stroller because you have to go on the same road as the cars. However cars don’t go very fast there. Also a bit of a mental load for preparing the right type of trash to be taken away early in the morning: they separate trash in 5+ types and each day you have to leave the right type outside the gate.
