Parking was great Level access into property and room. Bed linen clean Although on a main road with the window closed the noise was minimal.

Small room difficult for disabled guest to get to the bed, no space for wheelchair users. Access to fridge obstructed by table and chairs, heavy to move and then blocked the bathroom door. Room not clean “around the edges” a large build up of dust on the radiators and by the microwave Shower ok but nowhere to hang a towel or shower gel

Perfect when you are traveling through Germany and you need a place to stop.

The room was big and clean. Great internet speed and communication with the staff was excellent. We arrived at 02:30 in the morning and we didn't have any issues getting inside the property.

I believe that happened because they knew about our late check in and was not appropriate to disturb the others at the location. We had one of the rooms with the window on the main street and it was a bit noisy.

Very good, convenient location close to BE-NL-DE borders; easy accessible due to key lock-box with easy and clear instructions from host. This is the third time we’ve stayed here,

Not easy to spot from the road, a small sign might be handy. Sadly we received a very stained towel that made us quite grossed out, it’s not like they’re expensive to replace for the peace of mind of your guests because one can only imagine what the stains are… :-/ some stains on the bed sheets as well, here we argue the same as the towels, with all the Action shops etc around nowadays there really is no more excuse to give your guests towels or sheets covered in stains, not for €95 a night, in a place that is quite highly rated… Shower door didn’t close properly so the whole floor towel was soaked and floor was impossible to keep dry; a bit of a shame for a new-ish property

Good value for money if you are looking for something simple and clean.

I needed a clean and cheap place to sleep for an early appointment in the area the next day and it made the trick. As I can have sleepless nights due to sensitivity to noise, the owner kindly took this into consideration in appointing the room. The bed matras and cushion were comfortable. The shower is top notch. I did not need the kitchen appliances but it can indeed be helpful. If I really need to mention a small negative point, it would be the continuous ventilation of the bathroom, but with the door closed and my earplugs, it was quite OK.

There were more beds than expected. Practical kitchen for quick cooking if needed. Clean and warm inside. TV with app connection possibility like netflix. Efficient and nice decoration style.

Although the apartment had five single beds (good for groups/families), I have ordered a double bed (a big bed) because I was only spending the nigh with my partner. The apartment had only one window at the kitchen, were two beds were also installed. Therefore ventilation was not optimal as it was a little bit warm and dry inside during the night as well.

The owner was very aggressive towards us, as we were a few minutes late getting ready, upon speaking to staff, he has a regular habit of doing this with the guests at his hotel, this behavior is not acceptable

Proper room and the beds are ok!

We did not get the code by mail for the keybox during our arrivalday. We did not have any phonenumber to call the owner so we weren’t able to gain acces to our room. Luckely there were a lot of working guys and they helpt us to call the owner. The building is still under construction. It would be nice to know because it was very noisy and they started very early in the morning at 7am. Also the building lies next to a carway were it’s allowed to drive 90kmh. So when you want fresh air and you opens your window, you hear all the cars

Never again in this place, horrible host

Rooms are clean and modern, bathroom also is good, clean, large and modern. The house is split in different rooms and the sizes are ok, but it is near a very busy and noisy road.

Terrible treatment and rude host. The host has no experience in hospitality, he is a builder/worker of sorts. We were asked to change room after 1 night and do the second night in another room, it was a nightmare, we were treated disrespectfully. Rude and uncomfortable owner to deal with, problems on the first day to obtain the keys, and he even came banging violently on the door on the morning of the check-out.
