Efficient check in. Perfectly clean. Plush bed (took the double), the only downside being the fall to the middle section.
The breakfast staff were slightly passive. I am used to the staff surveying the buffet tables to make sure everything is in order.

The ability to communicate with staff in English is very poor.
My wife lost her wallet with credit cards and money from the room. The locker was not working. The shutter in the window has poor control and the droppable shutter does not exist on one half.
