The ability to communicate with staff in English is very poor. My wife lost her wallet with credit cards and money from the room. The locker was not working. The shutter in the window has poor control and the droppable shutter does not exist on one half.

Good for a night.

Modern esthetics. Clean. Excellent windows with sound proofing, couldn’t hear the construction outside once you close the window.

Would have been great to have at least 2 proper hotel pillows per person. Walls between the rooms were rather thin. The shower placement is not practical, hence the area outside the shower gets wet easily.

Very convenient and comfortable location outside center of the city.

Very smart location, about 20min by bus (stop just around the corner) to get to the center of the city. Area is quiet, but with enough options (restaurants, supermarkets). Brewery just across the street, to visit and have good drinks and food. Hotel is very new, rooms are very spacious, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful with out request of extra towels in the middle of the night. Definitely will be my option next time visiting Luxemburg.

Wonderful, clean and modern hotel

This is a wonderful hotel, very conveniently located if you are passing through Luxembourg. We stayed only one night, but found the staff to be extremely kind and helpful and the room (family suite) wonderfully spacious for two adults and a small child. The breakfast was also great, and there's a nice pub across the street where you can have dinner. There's not much around the hotel, but if you are traveling by car then it's no problem. There's also a big parking lot and underground parking garage on site.

It was a good stay overnight.

The hotel was decent compared to other places in Luxembourg area. Hotel was modern and very clean. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was very limited and probably not worth paying extra 16 euro per person. The parking was not mentioned as 10 euro per night additional cost. The restaurant of the hotel was not opened in the evening and we had to find local alternatives which are limited.

Bed wasn't comfortable. 2 single beds were joined together. Very uneven, not a good sleep :( Breakfast was okay but could have been better. Parking fee was a surprise, I thought that it was included in the booking but i was wrong.

We had a lovely stay

Our family room was huge, so much so that we could have benefited from a couple of chairs as we had so much space left, and once the sofa bed was set up as a bed we had nowhere to sit. The blinds and air con, the shower was great but not a fan of the water going everywhere, bus stop just outside which is very convenient for getting out to surrounding areas

Best stay for family with kids

We came as family of 4. It was beyond my expectations and was very satisfied during my stay. My kids enjoyed the room and very spacious room. Only wish there were more variety of cereals but overall nice breakfast, nice location where transport and shop nearby.

Very nice and modern

This hotel is very new, modern and nicely designed. The rooms and bath rooms are new and very nicely für used, not so big, but lovely.

The only thing that disturbed me was the plastic like under-bedsheet which was making "plastic alike" noises when moving on the bed. I can understand it may have a hygenic effect, but it felt "cheap" in a way, though it did not hamper my good sleep.

it was very clean and the staff was nice.

There was no fridge in the room, the tv was not really a smart tv. The location was okay, even though there is nothing to do in the city. The price is quite steep considering the location and the size of the room we got. The breakfast was also very expensive for what it was.

Good

The hotel is easy to find & has it's own very secure parking. Very clean,quiet and modern & is disabled & VI friendly. We booked a family room with a sofa which was huge with plenty of room for luggage. Fantastic bathroom & shower, breakfast was very good. Multilingual staff made check in & check out very easy.

The hotel would benefit from some sort of restaurant facility, even if it's just microwave meals from vending machines. Apart from that everything was close to perfect

Noise isolation is great as long as windows remain closed all is quite. The road just in front of the hotel is noisy if you have the window open.
