Enjoy a beautiful sunset on the canal from your private pool deck, covered by a lanai so guests can unwind no matter what the weather. Or spend sun-filled days splashing in the surf and relaxing on the sand at the beach - within 15 miles from home. This lovely home offers room and activities for you to enjoy, with plenty of seats by the pool. Prepare meals on the gas grill and enjoy a homestyle cookout. A desk workspace is all set up near the back door is ideal for remote work before jumping into the pool.
Walk inside a fresh, newly cleaned home to relax and unwind. Challenge each other to a game of Ping-Pong, or enjoy cooking up delicious foods together in the full kitchen (complete with a fun breakfast bar). Central air-conditioning and a ceiling fan in each bedroom provide comfort during your stay, and the main bedroom has a private entrance to the back deck, as well as an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. But no matter where you decide to sleep, you're in for fun times and beautiful sunsets at this charming home. A small booster/high chair and a Pack 'n Play as well as beach towels are provided.

Pool Heat - 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Pool heat is available for an additional cost per night. Please inquire further actual costs.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Boat lift is not available for guest use and boat docking is not permitted. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We just stayed there and enjoyed this property. It suited all of our needs. The house was clean, the pool was clean and warm. The Lanai was great to have. There were beach towels for everyone. There were accommodations for kids if needed such as pack n play and life jackets. The only thing I wish they would have provided was a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. We couldn’t find any rental in the area for this either. You definitely need a car rental if staying here as you have to travel at least 10 minutes to the closest beach, restaurants. It was nice to have the grill to cook. I would recommend this property.

This was a spacious home with a lovely pool. The beaches were only several miles away. The pool enclosure was very nice but needed cleaning. The pool and house were clean. We enjoyed our week there very much.

This home has so much potential. It’s a great location and a very nice neighborhood. However I did not expect to have to walk in and clean the entire home. The bath towels were dirty. The floors haven’t been swept, there was so much dust under the beds and the furniture that my allergies were terrible until my daughter cleaned. Which we had to go buy a broom because there wasn’t one available. The oven smoked terribly because it was filthy. The hood over the stove has food stuck to it that would fall into what we were cooking, until we cleaned that too. We couldn’t sit by the pool at night because part of the screen was missing from the lanai and there were a lot of bugs. Sadly we would not rent this property again just because of the disrepair and cleanliness. We did take photos if you would like to see them.
