Just steps from Marlins Park, it's perfect for enjoying the game day buzz while being centrally located near Miami’s most popular attractions.
Key Features:
Location: Minutes from Brickell, Downtown Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital, Wynwood, and Bayside Marketplace.
Amenities: WiFi, smart TV(for netflix you need to use your account), full kitchen, a bedroom with a full-size bed, and a sofa bed in the living room (ideal for up to 2 people).
Access: Located on the second floor – please note there is no elevator, only stairs.
Parking:
The building does not have assigned parking. However, there are 4 free spots in a neighboring building available on a first-come, first-served basis. These cannot be reserved. Free street parking is also available, but guests are responsible for ensuring compliance with local signage. We are not liable for any towing or fines.
Additional Information:
A shared washer and dryer are located at the rear of the building. These are not managed by us, but may be convenient for occasional use.

Very good location, cold A/C, comfortable bed and two fold out sofas as well. Ask Luis for sheets. Will stay again next Marlins game!

Flew to Miami for a baseball game. This property is as close to the park as you can possibly get--directly across the street. It's also not far from the airport and South Beach. The apartment was very comfortable (though some hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang wet towels/swimsuits would be nice) and less than a five minute walk to a great little breakfast place.
