It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

You can’t beat the location for the beach and activities. Half a block to the beach, one block to Coconuts, a couple blocks to Barn 34. 15 minute walk to the boardwalk. The unit is a little older but has all the necessities. Don’t forget your own blender if you want to make tropical drinks or smoothies!

I have rented this unit twice for its proximity to Castle in the Sand. It's very convenient. The unit hasn't been updated since the 80s but it's fine.

Our stay was great. We picked it for the location near Coconuts and the Castle. The unit itself was spacious and contained everything we needed. We had a glitch with the cleaning not being done when we arrived but it was done while we were there. Window drapery rod fell down in the main bedroom. I reported it but put it back up temporarily. All in all- it was a successful stay with Vacasa.
