Living Room: 2 Queen pullout sofa beds
(we have the same bed configuration for both units)
Each bedroom has a private bathroom.

We rented both units for 12 guys. The location was awesome. Having publix and Starbucks right next door was great. Plus there are restaurants, bars etc within walking distance or short uber ride. Downtown Nashville is only 10-15 minutes away as well. The house had plenty of room for all of us. I would definitely rent these units again.

Our group was in town for a conference and found the property to perfectly meet our our needs. The proximity to the grocery store and Starbucks was very convenient!

Felt safe in the area. Publix and Starbucks being right next door was stellar! Itay was quick with communication and extremely easy to work with!
