About this cottage rental
This is a community of 5 Tiny Homes in a circle. Professionally built Platinum Tiny Home, fully furnished Turnkey 1 Bedroom 1 bath with living & dining space and small kitchen. Loft can be used for additional sleeping or office/storage. Brand new Stearns and Foster mattresses throughout. Enjoy walking or jogging in a quiet neighborhood. Tiny Home is located on acreage with local wildlife. Close to: Canyon Lake, Guadalupe and Comal River tubing, Whitewater Amphitheater, Antique area of Gruene, Wimberly, Downtown New Braunfels, Creekside Shopping area. For longer stays, once a week housekeeping which includes freshly washed towels, sheets and light cleaning. Medium sized dogs are welcome but must be confined in a dog crate when the client is away. Central gathering area with BBQ and seating.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly! I’d have to say, number one reason to return are the hosts. The location was quiet and close to sites. We aren’t big sightseers- we go to places to get away from the Wisconsin winter. This year it followed us. We had to leave when it finally got nice.

Everything was easy upon arrival. The location offers an easy drive to many popular places in the New Braunfels and San Marcos area.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for spring break and it was perfect for us, we are 20 and 21. The location is not far from Wimberly or New Braunfels, I think is was like 20 minutes to either of there downtown areas. It has everything you need and the place is so cute and quiet. Coming from a college town we were so surprised how quiet it was! Cost was a big factor on where we decided to stay because we didn’t want to break the bank on our trip and this place exceeded our expectations. You could also rent out several of them if you had a big group of people. Overall, it was perfect and we would 100% stay here again.
