Nestled in the trees of Brown County, our stunning rustic-modern barndominium offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and seclusion. This hidden gem is the ideal getaway for those who crave high-end amenities in a peaceful, natural setting.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be captivated by the 10-foot ceilings and exquisite shiplap walls. The entryway leads you to the master suite, where you can unwind in style. The king bed with luxury linens promises restful sleep, while the en-suite bathroom pampers you with a dual-head tile shower, heated floors, his-and-hers sinks, and a large walk-in closet (which is spacious enough for a pack-and-play or blow-up mattress!).

The heart of the cabin is the expansive living room – perfect for relaxation. Warm up by the gas fireplace, sink into the plush 13-foot leather couch, and unwind with a puzzle on the large coffee table or a nap in the cozy egg chair. You might even spot horses grazing in the field across the road!

Between the living room and kitchen, you'll find a mini game room – a great spot to play wall scrabble or tic-tac-toe. Need to catch up on work or school? No problem! The cabin is equipped with high-speed fiber internet, and there’s a desk in the game room where you can set up and stay connected.

Your favorite room might just be the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and making memories. The large brass kitchen farm sink makes dishwashing a breeze, and the Magnolia kitchen island (from Texas!) is ideal for extra seating while you cook. We’ve got all the tools you need for your culinary creations – crockpot, blender, mixer, pots and pans, cookie sheets – and a coffee bar to brew your favorite cup of joe! Don’t forget to enjoy your drink in our signature Cozy Cabins mugs.

The two guest bedrooms are tucked just off the kitchen for added privacy. The queen bedroom is cozy with a TV, closet, and mirror, while the king bedroom features blackout curtains, a closet, a mirror, and a bed so comfortable, you’ll never want to leave.
The other bedroom has a king bed with blackout curtains for the best night of sleep!
The guest bathroom, with its heated tile floors, generous counter space, and tile shower/tub combo, ensures a luxurious stay for everyone.

I rented this home for a girls trip with my Mom, 3 Aunts and cousin. It did not disappoint! It’s secluded, peaceful and we enjoyed seeing deer right out the living room windows! It’s very spacious, we enjoyed eating at the big table after cooking a meal and then lounging on the huge couch watching movies until bedtime. We wanted something to just relax in and we did exactly that! We also used the hot tub and fire pit, AMAZING! I have no complaints about this home at all! Very clean, very cozy, exceeded our expectations honestly! Book Cozy Oaks!!

This property was an amazing place to stay with a group of friends. The master bedroom and bath were will decorated and large. The master closet was large enough to accommodate a baby’s bed or would be perfect for a couple toddlers to sleep. It was well equipped with kitchen supplies and gadgets to make a gourmet meal or snacks for a night of games. It was also a perfect distance from all the adorable shops in Nashville. Would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends who need some time to relax and rejuvenate.
