Welcome to Beach Sunset! This 3rd-floor Penthouse offers an amazing view of the Gulf, a Shared Pool, and beautiful sunrises on the back balcony with tall chairs and a high-top table to see over the railing. Inside, the large kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils, everything you need to enjoy your stay. A center island and wide granite counters provide plenty of kitchen space to prepare meals. This property is decorated with beach and marine life and soothing colors of green and blue. The dining table looks out the sliding glass doors with seating for eight. There is additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The living room area is made up of large windows for maximum viewing, a sofa that also folds out to a bed for extra sleeping space, an accent chair, a rocker/recliner, and a large wall-mounted TV.
A King-sized bed awaits you in the master bedroom (BR1), with a large window, nightstands, closet, and a wall-mounted TV. The attached bathroom is comprised of a large granite vanity and a walk-in shower with a glass door. The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Twin over-queen bunk bed with a closet. The hall bathroom is made up of a vanity and tiled tub/shower. There is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly in a hall closet for your use during your stay. The third bedroom, on the opposite side of the condo, (BR3) contains a King bed, 2 Twins, a wall-mounted TV, a dresser, and a door leading out to the balcony. The ensuite bathroom holds a granite vanity and a walk-in tile shower. Amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, and 2 shared community pools. We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The view of the pool and ocean was perfect! A very well stocked kitchen which we appreciated.

This rental was EXCELLENT! It was comfortable, well stocked with anything we needed and we would definitely rent it again! WiFi was inconsistent but who needs internet on vacation? We would definitely stay here again!

Our party of 7 enjoyed the nice, spacious penthouse suite at the retreat. The unit was well stocked and had plenty of room to move around. We were here for a family reunion and our extended family stayed in other units around the retreat. Our unit was the most popular to visit since we had room to entertain. The management was very responsive - - when our blender wouldn't work, I texted them, and they sent another one right away. The unit faces the pool area and is high enough to see the ocean. i would definitely stay here again.
