Perfect oceanfront condo! Best location so very close to Poipu Beach. Condo was well appointed and very well stocked, comfortable and clean. Management was very responsive to our concerns and resolved problems quickly!Hope to return to this beautiful condo!

I’ve been to Kauai many times and stayed in various upscale hotels. As I planned to come back with my mom, I knew there would be other factors to consider with her limited mobility. This property had access to the pool a few steps from our door. The elevator access was ideal in this building (A) and the ramps were spacious and always clean. The unit was spacious and the showers allowed for a ‘walk in’ with a small step. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable and parking was always available.

Our stay was a mixed experience. Poipu is absolutely wonderful. The condo is has a great view, the front office staff is lovely, and there is most everything you would need. Though it lacked some basics like bath mats and extra towels/blankets.
They accommodated an early check in request, though I don't think they communicated it to the property manager. After we checked in we were very surprised when an employee let herself into the condo. She was apologetic and it wasn't a big issue, but it was awkward.
Additionally, I think housekeeping may have rushed through cleaning. The floors had not been cleaned at all and since they have a no shoes rule, our feet and socks were constantly dirty. We also found that many dishes in the cabinets had caked on food and hadn't been washed.
Additionally, during our first evening, around 11pm an alarm went off and continually went off overnight. We called the emergency line provided and left a message, but nobody returned our call. When we called the front office in the morning, they advised us it's not their responsibility, but the condo owner. We hadn't heard back from VRBO and after hearing we had a night of no sleep with a loud alarm and no call back, the front office was nice enough to send their maintenance guy over who was able to turn the alarm off.
We also had the hot water go out, which required maintenance in and out of the unit one day.
The location and staff is great and the condo is okay, but I wouldn't stay here again.
