You have sole access to your entire two-story villa. At Coral Cay, you will also have year-round access to a shared, heated swimming pool and hot tub. A fitness center keeps your workout routine on track, and a kid's play area keeps the little ones occupied while you work out.

Orlando Fun Rentals provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies or replenishments to those listed above will be the responsibility of the guest; one (1) garbage bag.

Linens and towels, however, it is the responsibility of the guest to wash them after each use because we do not provide new linens or towels for longer stays.

RENTER REQUIREMENTS: For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit cardholder. The person placing the reservation agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement and ensures all other occupants stay by these terms. Orlando Fun Rentals LLC only rents to responsible adults over 21.

LIABILITY: Each unit is privately owned. By accepting this reservation, guests assume all risk/harm from using the premises. Orlando Fun Rentals LLC is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings or valuables that may occur while on the premises.

AVAILABILITY: In the unlikely event that your booked property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make every attempt to move your reservation to another similar or upgraded property at the same or another of our resorts should no property at the same resort be available. In the case of an upgrade, no additional fees will apply.

PARKING: Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. RV campers, trailers, and tents are not allowed on the premises. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing at the owner's expense.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not permitted inside any of our properties.

AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING: All properties have central A/C and heating. Guests agree that A/C shall not be set below 70 degrees Fahrenheit, heating shall not be set above 80, and the fan setting shall be set to "Auto." If the thermostat is set lower than 70 degrees, it may cause the A/C unit to condensate or shut down. All doors and windows must be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. Guests will be responsible for any repairs required because of extreme temperature settings.

MAINTENANCE: All guests must maintain the upkeep of the property and all furnishings. The property should be kept in the same condition as initially received. Upon arrival, guests are asked to inspect the property and report any noticeable damage/malfunctions to the property manager. Do not move any furniture. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. Guests will be charged if any flushed products clog the septic system.

SECURITY: Guests must look after their property's security by locking doors, windows, garage doors, etc.

LOST ITEMS: Management takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or abandoned items. Please report any missing items; if found, we will gladly return them for the cost of shipping.

HOUSEKEEPING: Daily housekeeping service is not included in the daily rental rate but may be requested for an additional fee. We do not provide extra bedding sheets or towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. We may assess a linen fee for excessive makeup or stains. The amount charged will depend on the damage and loss extent.

TRASH DISPOSAL: All garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage receptacle. At Resorts that offer daily trash collection, the collection begins after 11 am, seven days a week, excluding holidays. Please bag and tie all waste. Loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please break down all the cardboard boxes.

SUPPLIES Orlando Fun Rentals LLC provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: 1 hand soap/shampoo/conditioner/roll of toilet paper per bathroom; 1 sponge/dishwasher detergent/paper towel roll in the kitchen; 1 laundry detergent. Should supply items run out, it is the responsibility of guests to get additional supplies.

ACTS OF GOD: No refunds will be issued for Acts of God (e.g., storms, tornados, hurricanes, etc.) unless the state or local authorities have issued a mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area." In the event of such an occurrence:

Lovely and comfortable house with plenty of room for our family. Location is great - close to everything but far enough from the central bustle to disney so its more quiet. The management company responsed quickly to any questions. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a limit of 2 vehicles. There isnt anywhere else for a 3rd car to park within any short distance.

Overall the property met our expectations and was as shown on the pictures. There were enough beds for all of us and it was roomy. The only drawbacks were that the property hadn’t been cleaned when part of our group arrived for check in. However, the propert manager did reach out and let me know that the cleaners were running late and they did clean the property efficiently and timely. The only other drawback was that our vehicle was towed because the back is the car was overlapping on the sidewalk behind the rise car. I will say that I failed to read the bottom of the instructions sent where it said that I’d you have more than one vehicle to park one of them in guest parking. The only other negative was that the WiFi didn’t work during the time of our stay. According to the manager there was an outage l, but there seem to be other networks available except for the one in the property. With 4 college students in our stay all with assignments due, this was a big inconvenience. Overall it was an okay experience and the property was in a nice enclosed community so safety was good.

Very clean living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. The utensils and appliances were clean, in working order, and a welcome surprise. Some of the nicer places I've stayed weren't as welcoming and warm. The hot tub was almost empty, but still on for some reason. Tried contacting host, but never received an answer. We were too busy to use it anyway, so it wasn't a sticking point for us. The on site pool was the perfect size for the amount of people we saw there each day. The gym/workout area wasn't maintained very well. The parking was slightly confusing. I had a 12 passenger van, and if I had to abide by the signs, I wouldn't have known where to park it. Luckily, even though I was blocking the sidewalk, I never got towed. The location was wonderful! I liked being far enough off the main roads to not have to deal with traffic noise. But we were within 10 miles of everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

All was perfect. No complaints. There is a leak in the second floor bathroom sink that is causing a little mold to show up. That might want to be looked at to avoid future issues. Everything was great.
