About this house rental
Upgraded, charming, private, and bright 4 BR/2 BA home on 7 acre flat lot with wild flower fields and wooded areas. Convenient location - less than 3 minutes from Southern Village and 8 minutes to downtown Chapel Hill (UNC Campus) and Carrboro. Minutes to Durham and Research Triangle Park (the new "Silicon Valley"). Private oasis on 7 acre flat lot with beautiful trees and fields but it's in the middle of where you want to be!
Upgraded 4 Bedroom split-level home with living room and additional den. New stainless steel appliances throughout and new energy efficient front loading washer and dryer in the house. Deck off the dining room. Plenty of parking on long driveway and under carport.
Not shown in the pictures but the house comes fully furnished - queen beds in each of the four bedrooms, dining tables and chairs in the dining room and also in the den, seating in living room and den. Outdoor furniture on the outside covered deck. Smart TV with Roku and wifi internet through home.
Coffee machine, toaster, microwave, stove and refrigerator in kitchen. Towels, fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dinnerware, glassware), toiletries, bedding and laundry detergent all provided.
Less than 3 minutes from Southern Village to nearby restaurants, upscale grocery market, multiplex theater, bank, post office, schools, medical offices, a beautiful park with tennis and basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, picnic shelters, and extensive walking/biking trails.
About 8 minutes to downtown Chapel Hill (home of UNC) and downtown Carrboro (trendy restaurants, bars, shops and Farmer's Market). Durham, Duke University, 9th Street bars and restaurants, Research Triangle Park are easily reached and RDU Int'l Airport is 25 minutes away.
The house has smart remote entry, so you can enjoy contact less check-in and check-out. You'll have the entire house to yourselves - with the occasional deer passing through. We are committed to providing great stays for our guests. We are not intrusive and are always respectful of guests' privacy.
At this time, we are primarily interested in guests booking 30+ days - our nightly rate is significantly lower than others to reflect this. This is perfect for those new to the area waiting to find more permanent housing, traveling workers (e.g. nurses, professors), remote workers, and even locals needing a place to call home while their home undergoes a remodel. If you are interested in booking for less than 30 days, please contact me to discuss.
