Panoramic views of Steamboat’s ski area, Sleeping Giant, and the valley will delight you from the rooftop deck at Metropolitan House. Atop this magical deck, you can relax your sore muscles from a day on the mountain in the hot tub, or kick back with a cocktail while admiring Steamboat Springs.
The main level has all you need with a spacious great room featuring a lovely living room with a gas fireplace, a deck with mountain views, a dining area and table with seating for 6, plus breakfast bar seating for 4, and an open with a walk-in pantry where you can stock your supplies for your stay! For added convenience, this level has air conditioning and a powder room.
On the ground level of this beautiful townhome is a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
On the third level of the home, you will find the primary bedroom with a large picture window with views of the mountain, a four-poster bed, and a spacious ensuite with a walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms include a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed and a split King / 2 XL Twin beds bedroom, with access to the full bathroom in the hallway.
Keep following the stairs up one more level to the showstopper of this home – the rooftop deck! Here you will be greeted by a stunning panoramic view of Steamboat Springs. The ski area is straight ahead, downtown is to the west, and Emerald Mountain is to the south. You really get it all up here! Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, relax in the Adirondack chairs, or sit with a snack or meal at the bartop table. You’ll quickly find this to be your favorite spot in the home!

PARKING
This home has parking for two vehicles in the garage only. There is no driveway parking. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the Urban Way neighborhood.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This is a new and well kept house. It was very well stocked with linens and paper/plastic products, but the kitchen was only moderately well stocked with cooking stuff - no meat thermometer, measuring cups, metal tongs, etc. The rooftop hot tub and the view of the mountain are spectacular! There were plenty of extra towels and plastic cups for the hot tub. This is a very vertical house, so expect stairs. The bedrooms feel a bit cramped, but the living space is spacious. The auto shades were a nice touch, but the bedrooms really need blackout shades, especially in the master. Don’t plan on sleeping in unless you bring an eye mask. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the mountain, but we were usually able to take advantage of the shuttle. And it’s really close to the highway and bus stop. The two car garage is equipped with ski hangers and boot racks. It would probably fit two standard cars, but we could only park one of our larger vehicles. There is very limited outside parking nearby. Overall a nice house and we’d stay here again. The only thing I wouldn’t repeat is their grocery service. While it was really nice to have food stocked for us, they shopped at City Market instead of Safeway and their fees for shopping are rather excessive. We paid twice the amount for the same grocery list as what we paid for the same list in a different location a few weeks earlier.
