The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The location was well within good distance of everything I enjoy about Breckenridge. The process and communication from start to finish with our stay was top notch. Would recommend to anyone.

Quite clean, Quite well used. Window coverings were nonfunctional. Toilet seat was not attached. No electric frying pan. Ice maker not working. Lamps were not working. No one shoveled the snow form the driveway. Broken shovel. Inadequate inspection for working functions prior to check-in. Quality was lower than expected given the price of the rental.
