About this farm stay rental
Front porch on east perfect for sunrise coffee. Utility room off kitchen with washer and dryer. Flowering trees and shrubs. Conveniently located between Traverse City and the Mackinaw Bridge with golf courses and water sports nearby. Lake Michigan, Torch Lake and Elk Lake are a few of the venues available for swimming, kayaking and rowing. A rare find for cyclists. We offer three bedrooms upstairs within which you will find seven beds that sleep 10 people.

We had a great vacation. The house suited all ten of us. The farm house was super clean. It was awesome to have 3 full baths all the ladies loved that. Nice big table for dinner and breakfast and to play some card. Lots of books to read.Thank you for letting us use your home.A few things i would recommend: chairs for table where a little roughA/C in front bedroom with 2 beds and small bed didnt keep room very cool. No trash cans to take out garbage so it just piled up in the house.

Check-in was easy. No wi-fi. A little bit of LTE for Verizon but none for T-Mobile. Great location. We did not cook here. We actually did not spend much time here, we just needed a place to sleep and shower. 3 showers with great water pressure. Beds were fine. Originally were going to have 10 staying, but ended up with just 4 or 5 as luckily some room opened up at my BIL's place. There is no way my 85 year-old in-laws would have been able to use the stairway leading to the bedrooms. The steps are wide but not very deep, you have to turn your foot sideways. And if we had used all the beds in the bedrooms, there would have been no space for the corresponding luggage. It's an old farmhouse. It felt like an old farmhouse. It was ok.

Easy check-in with clear instructions and easy to locate! Worked great for our needs! Stairs are steep but railing was sturdy.
