About this house rental
`Central to it all,` this upper unit of the home is ideally located between the Michigan lakeshore and the city of Grand Rapids. The 2800sq ft house has two-level units, an upper and lower unit. Both units have their private entrance and privacy. The interior is newly renovated. Once you book, you will be the only guest in this house, but you can only access the upper unit. The owner lives nearby, so they are quick to respond if there is an issue!

This property is adorable, very clean, and in a great location. The house had everything we needed, even things that a lot of rentals don’t include. It was extremely comfortable! We already plan to return next time we are in town!

This property was exactly as advertised and the owner was very prompt in their replies. We had a ton of questions and they were gracious and helpful throughout. The home was very clean and just perfect for our family of 5 that stayed.

Very nice home and only 20 minutes from Grand Rapids. House was nicely decorated and stocked with everything you need to feel at home. Nice big backyard with fire pit and a good size deck. Two good size bedrooms that sleep 6 people comfortably and nice to have 3 bathrooms stocked with toiletries. We enjoyed our weekend there.
