About this house rental
Enjoy all 4 seasons at our spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath home. We provide all the amenities (TP, dish soap, coffee,shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, etc) and our location is perfect for your up north adventures. Skiing, hiking, wineries, swimming, sight seeing, climbing the dunes, snowmobiling, sledding-We are a short drive from it all! If you need anything at all during your stay just ask! Ride up in your motorcycle and park right out front!We have an extensive list of nearby activities and recommended restaurants and shopping that we can email to you upon request. We absolutely love this area and all there is to offer here. Come and enjoy! Our home is perfect for a family or 1-3 couples. The bedrooms are: queen bed in the master, queen bed in our second bedroom and a twin over queen in the third bedroom. We forgot to mention fishing —tons of great fishing spots nearby!!

The rental is newer , very clean and very nicely decorated. Comfortable beds but my grandkids state the top bunk in their bedroom was quite squeaky but we all had good night’s sleep during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and roomy. Located about 25 min from Frankfort and about 35/40 min to Sleeping Bear Dunes . Thompsonville itself is a tiny village with no stores or restaurants. Never saw anybody walking about town . Found Ambrose Cellars brewery/winery/ meadery only about 10 min away though which offered great food, drinks, live music out side and numerous yard games like disc golf, bocce ball and more. Definitely worth checking out. Overall the rental was great and owners were quick to response to question I had. Thank you for the bottle of wine, chocolates awaiting us upon arrival.

My family and I had a great time in Michigan. Thank you for the wonderful home we stayed in. It was a perfect location, everything was great in the home, plenty of towels, supplies, great accommodations. Definitely would recommend. We will look you up when we want to come back for a possible winter vacation. Thank you both so much.

My colleagues and I stayed at this fantastic location minutes from Crystal Mountain Resort & Spa (CMR&S) where we were attending a Conference/Trade Show.
The home has three BR’s all w/ queen beds (one is a bunk bed w/ upper bunk being full size), 2 BA which were perfect for the three of us.
Everything we needed for our stay was there and host was generous to leave us a bottle of Traverse City Cherry wine and some chocolate snacks.
The space included laundry if needed, outback fire-pit we enjoyed one evening, and smart TV for us to connect to our devices to watch whatever we wished.
Location provided easy access to Betsie River Dam where we checked out the salmon jumping and then drove up to Frankfort for a nice dinner/drinks one evening.
Location was perfect for where we needed to be and close to so many options for exploring.
Great communication by hosts.
Thanks much! We hope to book this home for future conferences we will be attending at CMR&S.
