Located in the heart of West Palm Beach, the house is situated only a few blocks from the intercoastal, off South Dixie Highway just south of Belvedere Road, surrounded by West Palm Beach`s most historical and affluent neighborhoods. Only 2 miles to downtown, relatively close to the beach, Palm Beach International Airport and the Brightline. Boutiques, restaurants, antique row are just a steps away. You will be able to walk to the intracoastal in minutes.
In a nutshell, If you`re looking for a pleasant stay, in a safe and secure environment you`ve found it.
The house is centrally located in the Heart of West Palm Beach, near shops and commodities, only minutes away on from the West Palm Beach Brightline train station. However having a car in South Florida is most often essential and practical particularly when you have access to free parking at the property. Uber is also great for acquiring inexpensive rides nearby. You can also acquire a ride from the trolley that picks up people at City Place. West Palm Beach has a train station where you can take Amtrak to and from Orlando, Tampa, and other cities. Additionally, Tri- rail trains can be taken from the station which is only 5 minutes ride away. Tri- rail runs to Miami and cities in between West Palm and MIA.

3. No parties, smoking or recreational drugs of any kind allowed on premises.
4. Please be kind to our furniture and property. Do not rearrange the furniture.
5. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dinning room.
6. Guest that are not on the reservation are not permitted.
7. Damages and extra cleaning will be charged to credit card on file.
8. Be respectful of check in and check out times. Our cleaning team needs the full time to clean the house spotless for your stay.
9. Guests assume all risk for themselves, their visitors, and their belongings during the stay. Host is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage. By booking, you agree to release and hold Host harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Cute rental property that is really close to I-95 and the airport. Great for traveling with dogs as there is a nice fully fenced in backyard.

Adorable traditional Florida 2 bedroom vintage home, in a very walkable family neighborhood, dog-friendly bare floors, tastefully modestly decorated. Easy on off I 95 makes touring nearby areas super convenient. Nearby supermarket and fully functional eat in kitchen helped save money and digestive health! Property manager very tranparent if needed. We had no issues, and we loved the opportunity to use this wonderful home a small fenced yard. Perfect!

One of the few homes that allowed multiple pets of any size. It was just as the listing said. I would recommend if you would like to bring your larger dogs

Our experience in booking the property was very easy. The house was a perfect home away from home, and the host, Alex, was so nice and accommodating. The house was found to be very clean and very comfortable.
