About this house rental
This incredible property is the perfect place to enjoy the lake and spend some quality time with family or friends and includes the main house, studio guest suite above the garage, a gym, large dock, furnished lounge areas and kayaks as well as access to 3 community pools.
The main house features 1 Bedroom with Queen bed, 1 Bedroom with King bed, 1 Full Bathroom and balcony overlooking the living room on the main entry level. Downstairs you will find full kitchen, stocked with everything you will need for cooking and baking, a dining area, work area, a beautiful living room with electric fireplace, a lakeside sitting room, a large panty with laundry, a deck with fire pit, 1 Bedroom with 2 Queen beds, 1 Full bathroom and a Master Suite with King bed and en-suite Full Bathroom.
The separate studio guest quarters has a private bath, sitting area and 2 queen beds that sleeps 4. The studio and also private access to the gym.
***NOTE: For safety and liability purposes the fire pit shown in the pictures can only be used as a table and cannot be turned on.
The private dock is located in a protected, no wake cove, has a platform perfect for lounging and fishing. The jet ski ports are not available. It is protected from the rough water of the main channel making it safe for swimming. Kayaks are also included.
*A 27' Chris-Craft (V8 Inboard) Deck Boat is available to rent with this amazing house as well. Please inquire PRIOR to booking. PLEASE NOTE: *The boat is not rented on a daily. It must be rented with the house and for the entire duration of the stay. A separate Rental Agreement, Damage Waiver, Rental Fee and Additional Damage Deposit is required.
Located in the gated community of Tan-Tar-A Estates, mile marker 26, you can also enjoy quiet peaceful walks, fish from the estates public piers or cool off, relax and play in any of the 3 community pools located within the estates.
When you're ready to venture out of the estates and explore the endless things lake has to offer, you're only minutes from the heart of beautiful Osage Beach, where you will find a huge variety of restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment and attractions.
The Margaritaville Resort, which can be conveniently accessed without leaving the estates, offers golf, a gym and spa, a number of outdoor pools, a quaint shopping village and a number of restaurants as well as family fun activities such as horseback riding, a bowling alley, arcade and indoor water park. Guests are welcome to visit, shop, explore and dine at the resort however the specialty amenities and activities are offered exclusively by and available through the Margaritaville Resort only.

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a multigenerational family get together. We were 11 people from ages 15-85 and there was room for everyone. Our adult grandkids enjoyed having their own space in the guest house over the garage and it was easy for them to come into the house. We are golfers and there were great access to many golf courses 10-20 minutes away. The house was on a very peaceful area of the lake and it was very easy to access the dock. Everyone enjoyed cooling off in the lake and sitting on the dock visiting. There were a few minor problems and Lowell with property management answered quickly and took care of the problems in a very timely manner.

Beautiful house. It is nicely updated. House is very clean and we were provided towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. The dock is spacious and has kayaks to use. We will definitely plan on renting again in the future.

We liked the house and it was convenient for our family reunion at Margaritaville. The space suited our group very well. I think the A/C didn’t really cool the upstairs bedrooms adequately, it was very warm upstairs while cool downstairs. Kitchen supplies were plentiful but would have liked better fry pans, the ones there were all scratched and worn. Loved the screen enclosed porch and dock and the quiet cove. Would recommend offering lake towels to guests, especially those flying in from out of town. Also we would have liked to have the ability to unlock the door into the house from the screened porch but there was no key to do so and had to walk around the house to enter front door first so we could get into house from dock and porch. Pretty inconvenient ! Enjoyed our week at the Lake of the Ozarks!!!

The kids (aged 16-21) had an amazing week! The location on the waterfront allowed us to visit many restaurants & pool bars on the water. Renting the boat form the owner was a great decision...although you should have some boating experience to navigate docking. We spent everyday on the dock, the kayaks, the boat & just floating around the lake. We chose the location due to its proximity to Margaritaville but found that we only went there the first day to kill time while waiting for our 4pm check in time. There was so much to do at the house we didn't feel the need to venture too much. 4 adults & 7 yound adults.
