About this house rental

Walk out the back door straight to the waters edge. Enjoy the view, sit on the deck, go fishing from the bank, swim, rent jet skis or a barge from Lacey's marina two minutes away and just relax and enjoy Greer’s Ferry lake! Located at the end of a quiet neighborhood, There is a Dollar General located very nearby as well as nice restaurants. Two bedrooms downstairs with king size beds and a large bathroom with shower/tub combo, this bath also has a washer and dryer located in it. The master bedroom has a door directly into the bath. Sleeper sofa in living room (queen). Upstairs has an additional common seating area and two bedrooms, one has two twin size beds and one has a queen. There are two bathrooms
upstairs both have showers in them. There is access to the upstairs deck from the seating area upstairs . Kitchen is fully stocked and the dining table seats eight, with three additional seats at the bar. Plenty of parking and room for a boat or water toys.

Took our grown children with their children ((6,8,11 & 16) 4 berm with upstairs den, 3 bathrooms, 2 decks and a/c garage with plenty of games for adults and all the kids. Kitchen was fully stocked even with a crockpot. Plenty of towels for all with out washing everyday. Property was clean and spacious. Lake was up about 9 ft so we didn’t play in water at the house. We rented boats for everyday and had an absolute Blast. Oh! There were even Beach towels available for use, we brought our in and hair dryer! This lake house was Perfect for us right at the end of the road. Loved it!

This property has plenty of parking, including space for a truck and boat, with a beautiful view of the lake. There is a trail to walk down to sit next the lake or stick your toes in the water. After we spent the day on the boat we would walk down and enjoy the view in the evening. The kitchen is set up with plenty of cookware and also has general kitchen needs. We all enjoy the game room and the extra den as the kids also like to hang out in those areas. The owner is easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. This is a great set up for family and friends!

We LOVED the property! It was more stocked than we could have imagined- even ibuprofen and sun burn gel! The kids enjoyed all the games in the garage when we weren’t out on the boat and there was plenty of space for everyone! She had extra pillows and blankets and even succeeded in getting us an early check in if we wanted it! We will be saving this location for future trips and I would highly recommend the host to anyone! She was very prompt in responding and didn’t bother us while we were there! We really appreciate everything!

We love water sports. However, it rained each day most of the day. The property was set up with the garage as a game room. My husband and I, my adult children and their boyfriends loved this house! It was right on the water with a short walk to the house. The layout of the house gave everyone their own space but the kitchen/family room/dining room brought us together. Nice decks and fire pit. Super close the the Narrows and to Devils Fork. The owner answered and communicated quickly and everything at the house worked perfectly! It was a memorable vacay with my family!!

Great experience! The house was so clean and had two bedrooms on one side of the house and two on the other. This was perfect for our group with various ages (babies, kids, teens, and adults). We were able to have space for naps and space for play. We also really enjoyed the garage game room (with a ping pong table) and the fire pit in the yard. We loved how close the house was to the lake. Highly recommend!

This house was beautiful and located in a very quiet area! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the layout of the house as with two sitting areas, it allowed our kids to hang out separately. While the house is older, it has been well taken care of. My kids particularly loved the dart board in the garage, and playing hide and seek in all the nooks and crannies. The view was amazing and perfect! We enjoyed the short walk to the the lakeshore, and the many birds that sang and played all day. Thank you very much for sharing your home! Our stay was just was we wanted!
