Stay refreshed with the gentle Maui breeze or the ceiling fans throughout, and for those extra warm days, the unit is equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort. The stylish and updated bathroom, just steps away, features a walk-in shower.
Napili Shores, an oceanfront gem on the West side of Maui, offers more than just beautiful, lush landscaping. The resort boasts a heated oceanfront pool and hot tub, an additional outdoor pool, and BBQ grills with picnic areas—all designed to enhance your Maui vacation. While Napili Shores does not have elevators, this ground-floor unit provides easy access for your convenience.
PARKING: Cars must be parked in places designated. Only one vehicle per apartment may be parked on the premises at one time. Owners', renters', and guests' cars may be parked on premises only during periods of occupancy and must have a parking permit displayed. Parking permits available at the front desk. Note: Napili Shores charges a one time $50 (plus tax) facility fee. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival, this fee is NOT associated with My Perfect Stays.

For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

The beach view was incredible & the location was near key beaches that were great for snorkeling. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, enjoyed both pools at this location along with the Gazebo restaurant. Sunsets were fantastic as well. Highly recommend this property.

This ocean front condo is comfortable, the location and property are perfect for my husband and I who like to snorkel and whale watch. The host was easy to work with and provided all information to support a great vacation.

If you’re looking for location, location, location this is your spot and the condo was clean That said, we were there 2-1/2 weeks and all of the little things really start to add up.
One of the fans didn’t work and Perfect Stays came in to fix it and the man just left with no explanation. Turns out a part was needed and there was no communication with me. I had to call back and follow up three times to resolve the issue. The internet goes out frequently due to factors other than the wind. I had to call three times to get this fixed and when I asked other guests, their internet did work. The man who came said they get called with every single guest that arrives. Also, I was joking that I kind of felt like the property was haunted since the kitchen light turns on randomly day and night. Turns out that it is somehow connected with the property next door and apparently both of our lights turn on together and we were woken up several times in the middle of the night. It’s hard to use the stove because it’s so dark. There is a very weak light with one bulb out over the sink. The blender works but one of the pieces in the lid is missing, it would be nice to have a toaster, I’m sure the oven works but you can’t use it because everything in the kitchen has some sort of plastic. One of the drawer pull in the bathroom is broken. The instruction book is out of date.
Easy fixes with a little attention besides housekeeping
